Are ProTouch HomeCleaners insured and bonded?
Yes, and in addition to being bonded and insured our cleaners have all passed a detailed national background check. We don’t hire anyone we wouldn’t trust to clean our own home.
Is my billing information safe and secure?
Yes, we have three levels of security in place:
1. Our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl.
2. Our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security.
3. Lastly, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol.
No credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.
What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning let us know within 24 hours and we will:
1. Come back to your home and re-clean to your complete satisfaction.
2. Give you a partial credit toward your next cleaning.
3. Give you a partial refund (Cannot Exceed 30% of the full amount Paid)
You must contact ProTouch HomeCleaners within 24 hours of receiving your service and the above steps must be followed.
How do I create a ProTouch HomeCleaners Account?
Your account is automatically created when you book your first cleaning! Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively, you can create and log into your account at this link https://protouchcleaners.launch27.com/login/
What areas do you service?
Most of the Treasure Valley, including: Boise, Garden City, Eagle, Star, Meridian, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell and Middleton. We are continually expanding though so if your town borders any of the above feel free to contact us to see if we’re servicing your area!
What is included in a standard cleaning?
Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.
How much does the cleaning cost?
Our pricing structure is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Select the number of each and the price is shown on our booking page.
Additionally, for special projects we offer hourly rates which are also available on our booking page under Step 3: Choose Your Service. The charge for hourly cleaning is $35 per labor hour with a four (4) labor hour minimum (2 cleaners x 2 hours).
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
ProTouch HomeCleaners provide all of the cleaning supplies. We use certified green cleaning products for the safety and health of both our cleaners and our clients. We can use your products if you would prefer; please make note of this in the comments field of the booking form.
Can I request special tasks or extras?
Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.
Why was I charged for canceling my cleaning?
ProTouch HomeCleaners does not have contracts, but we do charge a $99 late cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You may reschedule your appointment within 12 hours of the existing start time.
